My name is Lisa Patel. I am the property princess and your guide through this website. My teammates Marcus, David and I are excited by real estate and how making the right property investment at the right time can improve the quality of your life. We want to work with you.

When you become a property princess client, we:

• meet with you to discover your needs.
• do the legwork to find a property that meets the needs of your family and your business.
• draw on my mortgage agent background to help you make the best financial choices in terms of budget and financing.
• connect you with contacts to help make the move easier. This is unique for each client. Sometimes it means we refer people who can renovate, decorate, or move. Other times, we make introductions between you and municipal leaders, or introduce you at business community initiatives.

The Property Princess teammates are experts about the Toronto and GTA real estate market and we offer excellent service, whether you are selling, buying, renting or considering leasing. We even do property management.
